      Finally got the menu bar back with my avatar on it - resized the window a bit wider and bingo there is was.

      John - I found the activity bit - but I must be thick or something cos nothing means anything to me. It's just a load of switches - what does "Content I follow" actually mean? What happens when I click any of the choices? and where does it appear?

    My binoculars - Celestron Skymaster 15 X 70mm - arrived from Agena. They were very well packaged. First impressions: Focus smooth and fine, including right-side diopter. Collimation is spot-on. A servicable carry-case. Tripod-adapter included. Very good views. All in all - no problems to report. Excellent value for the price.

      I love my SM 15x70's too - smashing bins - get them on a tripod at a dark site on M31 - I could scour the view all night :)

      For planets a small mak or sct around 130mm would be fine. Or a Tal100RS or similar weight frac. :)

      For visual it will take a 200P newt but you have to wait a few secs for vibrations to settle - a 150P is more stable. For imaging it handles an 80mm doublet and ST80 guide scope on dual bar with ease. :)
