    First attempts

Jupiter June 2016 via 127 Skywatcher Mak and celestron webcam Lousy weather but tried to use the webcam for the first time and did the processing in Registax. There is a B&W image with the red spot I think visible, and a colour image taken a day or two later. I thought they were pretty poor even for a first go but if the sky ever clears I will try again, and again..... (prob have to wait 12 months now for the Jupiter to come back round.)
  3. Thanks guys I will give it a go.  To answer one question, nothing happens ie it does not track, it will slew under the control of the handset but despite the display showing the 2 chevrons against lunar tracking it just sits there.
