      Nice! I was looking at Exmoor but decided to risk Wales as the skies are darker according to needless.

      I chose Exmoor because I'm visiting a friend in August who lives on the edge of the Breacon Becons so I fancied somewhere different.

    24mm 82degree & 5mm 70degree arrived... with rain.

    Briefly is the word... Terrible conditions last few days here in London. But just had it barlowed on the 12" dob pointed at Saturn. Colour and banding, shadows and gaps... Shame the clouds only gave me a few minutes of observing!

    Ahhh Faulksy, I see why I'm now the happy owner of the nirvana. Looks like an ugly duckling amongst the rest of that lovely collection.
