Any of you pro's want to have a go at stacking and processing my fits images? i cant seem to get things right and would be interested to see if its me?

Hi, is this good or bad for an unmodded neq6 pro guiding?

pictured this Orion Nebula last night, sadly i’m not able to use the different filters i have as my rpi4 isn’t compatible with the EFK2. First half decent image since owning the setup. Think their maybe a tracking issue from the little squiggles on the image. Any pointers on stacking and processing etc would be much appreciated.

Hi all is there anyone on here that would consider themselves to be an expert on astronomy/imaging setups and observatory setups? if so would you be interested in helping to setup my dads observatory and if so how much would you charge? 

Does anyone have a setup of the SW 250pds with the Atik 314l+?

i don't suppose anyone knows the max diameter the pier adaptor for an neq6 pro can be so i don't dink my scope?

Got my qhy5 guide cam coming in the morning and im ready to roll guiding.

Wish this thin mist on the atmosphere would blow away so i can try and get some decent pictures.

just ordered the eqmod direct thing off eBay. cant wait for that to arrive do I can start playing with this eqmod.to see what all the fuss is about :-)

had a look through the 250pds on Saturday, managed to set up and have a look at Jupiter then the bleeding clouds came in :-(

wood burner ready, cans chilling, telescope level and in place and curry to be delivered later

could somebody tell me if I could use a 9 pin serial cable from my pc direct to the NEQ6 pro with eqmod and not have any problems???

just had a call to say my 250pds is in and to go and pick it up :-)

Decided on the 250pds instead of the 300pds, that way im hoping i can get more gear on the neq6 pro

When I've got the NEQ6 Pro on its pier and polar aligned is there away to use it so i don't have to use the 3 star align every time?

Tried to find m51 tonight using my Celestine 5se, used the go-to but no luck. Everything else was found easy Jupiter, Polaris etc so I'm guessing there's too much light pollution to see it with a 5" scope??

is there a place on the forum that people put scopes for sale or is that against forum rules?

just tried getting some shots of Jupiter with my 650d and 2 X Barlow and celestial 5se. not feeling it with this scope and hope I get the kind of shots I want with the neq6 and 300pds
