  1. Had my first imaging session with the ZWO ASI462 last night The viewing conditions weren't very favourable. I struggled to get a clear image of Mars so had a go at what I think was Uranus. The images were sorted in PIPP, stacked in AutoStakkert and sharpened in GIMP. The colour is as it came out of the camera. This is the result:
  2. It's arrived but I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. The weather is looking good for tonight so hopefully I'll be testing it out later this evening.
  3. This is good to know especially as my ZWO ASI462 is due to be delivered between 2.30pm and 3.30pm today.
  4. Thanks for the tip, hopefully it works now.

Stargazing Live was due to be on the tv and so the telescope finally came out of its boxes. I am slowly getting the hang of it and have enjoyed viewing Jupiter and the Orion nebula. The weather has been a bit rubbish and when the skies have been clear I have suffered from dew quite badly. The paint on m
