  3. Yeah got the link Ron,so much to learn so little time lol.Is there a general setting i should be looking at to take pictures?Ie exposure at ? iso at ? scene mode ? Thanks for all your help,sorry for all the questions. Dave
  4. Thanks Ron,looks like a different picture now and a lot better detail. I'm Just hoping i can learn all the tricks of the trade.Settings of cameras and which is the best way to show a picture. Do moon filters make a big difference when taking a shot? Thanks again Dave

    Cheers everyone for the warm welcome,took some nice pictures of the moon last night. I impressed myself as it was the first time i had used a telescope. Is there anywhere i can upload them to see what people think? Thanks again Dave

    Big helloo from Birmingham Complete newbie at all this but will be asking loads of questions. Just got a Celestron Astromaster 130EQ today and cant wait to get going. Any hints or tips with my new scope,or what to start with will be much appreciated. Dave
