I have a celestron 12 v 7ah power tank. Right now I can switch the green ready to go light on--but when I put the switch on other two settings, needs charge, or charging, no light come on. Is t his OK. Can't believe it is fully charged. I can attach tank to the scope and see how long the green go light stays on. Have an SE 6 GoTo 5 yrs old.
What about the charging (recharging) cable? Is there a special one for 12v 7ah

On mine, the green light ONLY comes on when you switch it to "on". No green light on the other two switch positions.
There's a special 240v adapter I use for re-charging. it came with the power pack. Adapter is model number BI 12T-150050-I
When charging, the red light comes on, then VERY faintly a green one over a long time.
