  1. Excellent video, hard to believe it's over 200 miles away. The vid has inspired me to have a go and I'll start a new thread asking for some guidance on how to auto track with my scope

    Thanks!! A40farinagolf its very hard to do.. you have to track it by hand, i think when you have a dobson you will get amazing results!! yesterday i folowed it with my Apogee RA88 bino and it was beautiful :0)

  2. Saturn At Its Best 2013, and Moon rising.

    Sorry not the best seeing conditions ;0)

    the planet is exceptionally bright, reaching about the same brightness as famous stars such as Betelgeuse, the planet reaching its opposition point, when Earth lies directly between it and the sun.

  3. In this film the night sky, Jupiter and Saturn with the moon at the end super boost special beautiful spots on the moon.

    Equipment used;

    Nightsky timelapse Canon 550D and 50mm lens.

    Telescopes used Mto11ca and Celestron Nexstar 11"

    For Planets Canon 550D and Sony wx5 for ( Saturn ) with 11" telescope.

    Moon videos taken with both telescopes and Canon 550D, High Magnification video in crop mode.
