  1. A good spot Peter in testing conditions! Well done
  2. Hi Guys I decided to add more data to my previous rendition. There is now 14mins of data after running through Winjupos. I have tried to keep things as natural as possible. Best Wishes Barv
  3. Hi Guys Some reasonable seeing on the night of the 12th, although a bit breezy. I took some long runs on Mars at maximum altitude. It's amazing the reduction in size of the southern polar cap since I started imaging this back in September. There is now further detail beginning to show in the northern cap. Best wishes to you all and stay safe! Regards Barv
  4. Hi all After looking at my previous effort, I frankly wasn't happy with it. Here is a repro'd version which I think looks far more natural. Comments always welcome. Best wishes Harvey
  5. Hi Guys Here is around 8 minutes of data taken on the night of the 11th October. Quite a bit of Albedo features have been resolved. Details of equipment used etc are on the image. Best Wishes Harvey
  6. Lovely shot with loads of detail evident! Well done. (I loved my C11)
  7. That's really excellent Simon, I commend your processing skillset. Particularly as the conditions were windy. All the best Harvey
  8. Hi Pete I purchased a 1.5X and a 1.75 amplifier from Siebert Optics in the US. They are very good optically so may be worth a Google and a look? Best Wishes Harvey
  9. Great job with this Peter and very natural processing
  10. Hi Guys, Here is a mosaic taken by separate captures on the morning of the 14th September. I managed to capture the tiny moons Phobos and Diemos,- (just 12km diameter). I autoguided on the planet using PHD2 using a separate 20 second exposure, and combined the images in layers using Gimp. Details of equipment is on the image. Best Wishes Harvey
  11. Thank you all for your positive comments All the best Harvey
  12. Some lovely details on Mars there Simon! Well done indeed
  13. Details looking great Peter! Well done
  14. Excellent work Peter. Loads of detail on Saturn, particularly at its low altitude. Well done indeed! Best Harvey
  15. Thanks Peter I was only using a 1.5X barlow. Image scale was increased in processing, which I did because it would stand it. Thanks for the compliment Best Harvey
  16. Hi That's a very tidy image. Conditions were pretty good generally last night with no jetstream around. You can go further in these conditions but you'll need to use that barlow I'm afraid. Some form of focus control is pretty essential with something like F20, but patience doing the focusing is key here. Best Harvey
  17. Hi again Guys Some fairly stable seeing here last night, although I would say that transparency was pretty average tbh. Pleased with this one though no2-13-09-2020@00-10ut.tifno2-13-09-2020@00-10ut.BMPno2-13-09-2020@00-10ut.BMP
  18. Thanks Guys for your help. I'll try the Beta release first Cheers Harvey
  19. Hi Guys I've just bought a ZWO462 camera. I can get this to work on Both sharpcap and ZWO's own software but for Some strange reason, fire capture doesn't see it. I have the latest drivers installed and my ZWO224 works fine on fire capture. Any clues please? Cheers Harvey
  20. Nicely done Simon, better conditions will come for sure! Best Wishes Harvey
