Awesome night last night, hope everybody dressed warm and had a peak as I think it is the best we have had all Dec. (Dodging storms, clouds and rain, seems to have become the norm!)

Jupiter - 127Mak-Cas - F12 - AS!2 - 750 Stack - Denoise / Sharpen - Histogram Stretch - RGB Rebalance - Midtones adj This was taken on the 22nd at about 2C did about 1400 images, but due to clouds and poor seeing has been reduced to 750. I have sacrificed some detail on the planet to include the moons, think it is better like this though.© Hmmm

Jupiter - 127Mak-Cas - F12 - AS!2 - 840 Stack - Denoise / Sharpen - Histogram Stretch - RGB Rebalance - Midtones adj This was taken on the 22nd at about 2C did about 1400 images, but due to clouds and poor seeing has been reduced to 840. Just had 4 hrs of playing with new toys, sky was clear and seeing was okay at times. Happy camper going to bed with a smile on my face.

Put new mount (EQ5) through its paces last night and got some nice frames of Jupiter - Seeing was poor though.

My new mount has arrived ... Drumroll please! Now just waiting on my new scope and I'm all set!

Still waiting for my mount to be delivered ... so frustrating when a delivery company robs one of clear sky's.

Just traded my mount in on a EQ5 Pro ... as excited as a kid in a candy store!
