Hello and welcome , I have a feeling we know each other from somewhere else.?
  2. Arm as reet as a bobbin ta.
  3. Imaging can be a problem with the PST. One way around it is to unscrew the lens from a 2X barlow and screw it into the camera's nose piece. NB. there are different sizes of nose pieces available.
  4. Thank you all for your warm welcomes, I have a feeling that I'll be coming here often.
  5. I tried posting an intro yesterday but it seems to have got lost. I'm Keith, the wrong side of 70, and live in West Yorkshire between Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield ans Wakefield so I know a thing or two about Light Pollution. I have a NexStar C6S, and a SolarMax II. The SolarMax has had far more use lately, as the sky doesn't get dark enough in the Summer months.
  6. Thanks guys, I slid the exposure all the way back, the gradually forwards and .....BINGO.......it's working. I really can't thank you enough.
  7. Here's hoping someone can help. I've been using this camera since last May, and was very happy with it until a couple of weeks ago. Suddenly a message popped up saying that the camera was in live mode, but was not sending messages to the IC capture program. I've been e. mailing Martin at FLO, and sent the camera, disc and USB cable to him for testing. He used my kit on windows 7 ( same as me ) and.......it worked perfectly. I got it back today, reloaded the disc, and....... the same message popped up. Has any one had this problem ? or knows how to get the camera to talk to IC capture ?
