  1. The new 5mm and 6mm Circle T's from grumpymartian are superb! Great detail on Jupiter showing with the SW120ED. These eyepieces are keepers for sure!

      These eyepieces "suit" my refractors and seem to unleash VG detail, I could see swirling white patches in amongst the striations of the NEB. Quite impressive for a 120mm scope actually.

      I'm out tonight with the 15" if the sky holds.Can't wait!

      Good luck with the 15" tonight Gerry, its very cloudy here at the moment so no chance for now. Jupiter is nice and high so the views would be pretty good I'd expect :happy8:

      Shaun the 6mm Circle T @ 304x was excellent, purple festoons were not just visible but easy to see just to watch. Not much observing skill required with this scope under these conditions.

      The new obs spot on the ridge has great potential, the local thermals seem extremely well controlled- until Jupiter went over the granite ridge to the west...

      It was a VG night Shaun!
