    Been on business travel in Latvia and Lithuania. These two states would make great places to spend a week doing AP, real dark sky opps...plus great food and beer and nice people.

      hehe,Latvia do have some terrific skies,thats for sure,i was able to see Panstarrs comet with naked eyes there! I do regret moving to UK sometimes lol.(i am latvian)

    Well,thats my 14" mirror off to OOptics for test...Holding my breath now until tuesday when i will be calling up for results.

      1.this mirror has astigmatism and i do dislike it a lot.and means that mirror is not off best quality

      2.i want this mirror reconfigured to better wave and corrected,also secondary will be changed out to a smaller one to reduce obstruction.

    Paracorr arrived,ES 30mm arrived,screws arrived.Happy days.Now i can finally call it DONE!

      true,but the only thing missing for me is either 6mm ethos or 5,5mm ES in 100 degs for high power. As such for time being i am saying:Done.
