Hi,
Thanks for help and after reading answers throgh several times it would appear sub giant was right. The 3 smaller screws make the adjustments and the 3 large screws lock it in place when all is correct.
Although it seems easy now i do wish manufacturers wouls give clearer instructions and not just assume you know exactly what your doing with their product. ok i am also a little short on logical reasoning sometimes.
Thanks for help Rob

HI ,
Thanks for reply. The small 3 grubscrews i have adjusted and distant object now centered but on this polarscope which IS fitted externally i am beink told to adjust a further 6 or 3 screws. My worry is,if i adjust the 3 smaller screws the screws might end up just falling inside the casing. i suppose you really have to have the polarscope in front of you as it seems to need calibrating in a different way to others ( which i have done with no problem ) I still appreciate the help i am getting so please let me know if you think you may have the answer.
