    If you have a crayford type focuser, you can fit one of these https://www.365astronomy.com/lacerta-dual-speed-1-10-microfocus-upgrade-kit-for-skywatcher-crayford-focusers have put one on my 200P dobsonian. Much cheaper than a new focuser 10:1 speed reduction.
