I spent friday night at saddleworth and the thunder early saturday morning was spectacular

Not had a single rumble of thunder, no lightning and pretty much no rain.

Would love all three if you fancy sending some over!

Wow, I never get bored of god moving the furniture! Next to a clear dark sky, give me a grand thunder storm any day rather than orange-grey gloop :)

Rain is just daft. After all this time, it still hasn't grasped the idea that sometimes its useful to fall upwards.

Sky clear enough, but the moon is really bright :) Just have to look at that instead :). Its as much trying out the 6" on the azeq6 - seems reasonably stable so far.

Thanks Rob. Actually, the murk lifted and its lovely and relatively clear now. Gorgeous star fields through Cygnus. Shame I have an early start in about 6 hours ... . But worth it!

As long as you have hot weather it'll be like that. very bad visibility.
