  1. Basic problem: I cannot connect my recently acquired EQ6-R Pro to my PrimaluceLab Eagle. (Eagle updated sometime ago to PremaluceLab Eagle4 software setting, and working on my HEQ5 Pro.) I firstly used a USB A to B cable to connect my EQ6-R Pro to Eagle. When I looked in the Device Manager under Ports (COM & LPT) and disconnected the USB cable from the mount to see which COM port it was using, none of the three ports listed disappeared!. However, in Other Devices the entry: "USB Serial Controller" disappeared! I then used the Lynx EQDIR cable to connect Eagle to the mount. In this case a Port number was available and entered in EQMOD, including a new Baud rate of 115200 (also entered into the driver). However, the message on trying to connect to EQMOD through Toolbox was Connect Error Timeout. I also know that connecting the USB cable to my laptop works. Connecting the Lynx cable to my laptop still returns a Connect Error Timeout message. I would be grateful for any help to solve why I cannot connect my EQ6-R Pro to my Eagle computer.
