    If anyone's reading this - I've no idea what's going on - no idea what a stream is nor how to use it - and no idea how to find help. Either I'm getting old or this is over complicated. Quickly going crazy here - heeelllppppp! :)

      I'm off out now for a couple of hours but I'll post further on how to use the Activity streams when I get back.

      You can give any name to a new Activity stream that you create such as "New Content" .

      Another forum I belong to just did the same update which did take a bit of getting used to. You can configure your Activity stream to make the forum act a lot like it did. Open up the Activity section and you'll find a number of options that you can set to your liking. You can also set up more activity streams such as "New Content"  which will be added to the home page so you can click on it. Think of it as creating a shortcut.
