  1. Cheers all, the scopes are now set up as best i can get them and had a good look at the moon and Jupiter even seeing the GRS. Just need to learn some more about the skies and see what is available to see from the garden and even find out about clubs etc in the area.
  2. Hi Collin from a fellow Essex dweller in Rochord.
  3. After getting my scope yesterday and setting it up and pointing at the moon and Jupiter have got me hooked, i now look forward to hooking my camera up to save some of the views i will see.
  4. Cheers all, scope will be arriving this week are there any setting up tips or are they easy peasy straight out of the box.
  5. Hi my name is Darren and i am from just outside london uk, i have just purchased my 2nd scope as my first effort some years ago put me off but it was a cheapo scope and only the moon was ever visable and that lost me my interest. Now i have ordered a Celestron omni xlt 150 and hope to get much better results. The only thing i might regret is not getting a motorised version but time will tell. Anyway i hope to pick your brains for tips soon especially as i want to try some photos from the scope. Darren
