  7. Hello all, Im in need of some help. It is forcasted to be clear a couple of nights this week but I have nothing to image or well i do but i have some questions. I was thinking about imaging the NGC 7023 (trifed nebula) but I dont have a modded camera, is mine still capable? (its a canon 400d). I was also thinking about the whirlpool galaxy but i wanted to capture a nebula. I would like to image Eagle Nebula but im not sure if im able to with it being fairly low. Im south of london if that helps but has anyone got another other suggestions? I have had a look on Stellarium but its not as good as peoples word. My kit is shown below is my sig. Thank you all.
  8. well done guys, the forum you provide is fantastic and new software will hopefully bring an even better service. Good luck, you dont get enough credit for what you do.
  9. Hello and welcome You have some amazing images on your astrobin. They make me want to get a narrow-band filter. Thanks for sharing and hope to see more from you. Austen

  14. Hello all, I made this just for people to see the effects of a LPF. Most of you already know but for new people wanting to get into Astro-Photography but want to see if they actually work. I must apologize for trails and really bad quality of photos, it was quite an unstable platform where we were standing. But anyway here you go: no Filter : with the filter :
