    72 hours of continuous rain and counting. Never seen anything like it! Only last week we were in the high sun-shining 20ºc's. Hopefully clear up in a few days but certainly winter has started with avengence.

    I managed it! Left scope to cool at 7pm. Finished the Pilar parties at 4am. Came home and enjoying the 3 Jovian Moon transit. Just gone 7am, so time for bed and then preparing a mid-day meal for the in-laws to wind up the fiestas....

      The funny thing about the moon is if we didn't have one we would all be wishing we did. I'm not in the I hate the moon camp, I've just recently started to look at it properly and it's awesome..

    Being quite lost trying to process widefield - with a lens - images: hundreds of stars, serious vignetting and weird colour artifacts O.o

      Did you take darks? they help, flats more so. Are you over processing? too much doesn't help.
