  1. Hi, After an initial installation of the Synscan app and the dongle connection, the EQ6R-pro mount responded beautifully. However, a few hours later, with all the gear set up, the mount responds to park, align, point and go, but not to the numeric pad. So the mount is working, the motors are ok, there is enough power supply, but no movement when the numbers are pressed. Solution: numbers have to be pressed for a certain time, response of mount is not immediate. I hope this is of assistance to others. Best, Rita
