  1. Hi everyone! I'm new here and was hoping to get some insights into what I captured while taking photos of the night sky while visiting Culebra, a small island to the east of Puerto Rico. I figured it would be the perfect place to photograph the sky as there was very little light pollution around. Unfortunately I didn't have my DSLR with me but managed to set my phone up to capture some pretty interesting shots. First picture, while a bit blurry, was very cool to see as it's the fist time I've ever captured anything like it. Thought I'd have to go to Utah or something to see the milky way like that. Let alone capture a shot like it with just a cell phone. Second picture was impressive to me at first because of the sheer amount of celestial objects visible. But it wasn't until I adjusted the brightness, contrast, saturation, and temperature then zoomed in that I was able to really see how cool the photo was. It reminds me of an I-spy book with how many hidden gems it contained. Last 2 images are screenshots of the second photo and a couple of said gems contained within. Any comments greatly appreciated, what do you see?
