Great service from FLO. I received a Horizon 8115 2 way Heavy

Duty Tripod from them a few days ago only to find the central column locking knob was broken. A quick e-mail to Martin at FLO and a new knob was immediately popped into the post.

I'm very happy with their service as always.

I ordered a Celestron CPC1100 from Opticstar in Manchester late Tuesday evening and it was delivered Thursday morning. I had a couple of questions about the scope after I'd set it up so I called Opticstar and the chap there was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and his advice was spot on.

Yet another great experience with Harrison Telescopes. I e-mailed them regarding a price match yesterday and within 2 minutes I had reply agreeing to the match. My eyepiece arrived today less than 24 hours after ordering.

Hi,

I e-mailed Harrison Telescopes asking if they would price match a pair of Helios Quantum 4 20x80 binoculars. They responded within minutes agreeing to the match. I recieved the bins 3 days after ordering and taking the weekend into account I consider this superb service.

I will be using them again.

Hi everyone,

I thought I would post regarding the excellent service I have had from Harrison Telescopes. I ordered a filter from them yesterday (27/11/09) at 11.00 AM. By 11.40 I had an e-mail to say it had been shipped. The postie delivered it today at 8.30. So less than 24 hours from placing my order to taking delivery is superb service.

Hi all,

Before I ordered a Moonlite focuser for my Lightbridge I contacted FLO for some advice. James was fantastic, answering all my questions and offering me some great advice. I really appreciated his help.

I fitted the Moonlite today and is every bit as good as I had hoped.
