  1. Newbie here. Trying to setup EQ6-R-PHD2-APT-Stellarium. ASI 120MM guider, ASI183MC Pro, Nikon 200mm lens. Indoors during daylight. Have gotten as far as being able to skew mount to objects in Stellarium after much trial and error, many videos. Simple question is: When roughly polar aligned what should the EQMOD settings window show? I am seeing: LST my local time RA depends on where green ring is indexed. My RA is 122/15=8, correct? I have rotated mount East to 90 degrees and leveled. Not sure what hour on the green ring (using outer scale for northern hemisphere) should be aligned with the index mark on the mount (mark is on the left side of the mount at 270 degrees with the mount in home position). Seems it should be indexed at ~8 hours. Azimuth ~0 consistent with pointing mount to true north. Elevation ~my latitude. Declination 90 degrees ( 90 degrees north of the celestial equator) I am trying to practice with Stellarium GoTo feature during the day, setting the Stellarium time to 22:00 hours to practice on my nighttime sky. Should the Mount time also be set to this time in EQMOD? Stellarium is setup to use Stellarium coordinates rather mount coordinates. THANKS
  2. Haven't been able to run imaging plan. Here is the setup. Nikon D4s on SA 2i with ASI 120mm Guider connected through Mini-PC. PHD2 running, configured, recognizes guider (on camera mount), set up for dithering (in RA only per restrictions of SA2i). Stellarium running and configured. APT linked to PHD and Stellarium. Imaging Plan set up. APT set to DSLR mode and USB recognizes the camera. I am unable after many hours and many videos to run the imaging plan. Thanks in advance... DocE
  3. Mount is working fine. Resetting PC worked. Using supplied mount to PC direct cable (USB A To USB C). Hand controller working fine. EQMOD working, PHD2, Stellarium, Astrophotography Tool, AstroTortilla all up and connected. Mother board still mothering. Noe as soon as toof installed in barn roof observatory will be up and running. Remote control via RDC for Mac, video monitor working
  4. Unfortunately there is no roaming option under app data
  5. Thanks. Refreshing PC and reinstalling everything. I will try USB A port to computer. Thanks
  6. USB C to RJ45 Cisco Console serial cable
  7. Gotcha. It is the cable that runs from the handset port on the EQ6 to the USB on the PC.
  8. Cable connection. Trying method to bypass handset. The issue is how to find and delete EQMOD files, not the connection. Thanks for responding.
  9. Trying to setup EQMOD on EQR-6 Pro. Able to run EQMOD but got the connection error and changed baud rate from default 9600. Now I get the control tool screen flashing on and off. I have uninstalled and reinstalled EQMOD's latest version, rebooted several times. My Windows 10 is up to date. Uninstall ran but says couldn't uninstall some files and that they can be removed manually. Can't find any EQMOD files to uninstall/delete. Would appreciate any help anyone can offer.
