  3. not too sure if this would work, but you could super glue metal washers down on the patio least if ya get it wrong youn could adjust after not like a drill hole ? long as the tripod leg fits snug ??
  4. cracking image could you tell me how and with what kit setup, you did this as I have the se4, but can not get anywhere near as good as your pic, mind you i an't got a lot of "bits" for the scope to play with yet lol
  5. newbie alert!! Not been looking with a telescope for too long. I have Only got a little nexstar se4 and put my DSLR on the back end of it. I do have a phillips web cam but have not had much luck with it. I only have one eyepiece a 25mm and no barlow My lap top is on its last legs battery wise so using outside is a no no so looks like i'm going to have to spend some dosh sooner or later lol.

Yup jumping for joy first view of Saturn and first picture 27.02.11 @ 01:03 with spc900nc ( still playing with scope and ccd lol) Well I know the picture is poo compaired with others on here but seeing I did not know what i was doing I'm happy with it. I also think it was stretching the scope a bit ? nexstar 4se can not wait to use the web cam on the moon.
