  1. Scope due to arrive on Sunday Heritage 130p Looking forward to it
  2. There is one at the bottom of my street, but the rest of the street is orange (penarth)
  3. That could be a winner. Quite small when collased isn't it
  4. I already have bins. Would anyone recommend any of the scopes on the link above?
  5. I thought it was going to be an easy choice - Skywatcher Heritage-100P but now I'm even more unsure
  6. both of those scopes may be above the wife's budget for my xmas pressie.....
  7. skywatcher 200p + heq mount. space is an issue.... (no pun intended!)
  8. My wife was asking me what I want for xmas, when I stumbled upon this page: http://www.firstlightoptics.com/beginner-telescopes.html is it worth getting one of these for quick sessions in the garden? i have a decent scope at home, but I thought it would be good to have something small to have a quick gander now and then. I do have some bins at home, which do get used, but I thought it would be nice to have a scope too. is it worth it?
  9. I managed 23, which shows I am pretty good at guessing!
  10. Well Stargazing live is on next year init, so would they can the astronomy show if they are still pushing that?
  11. I didn't like it at first looked like a child's OS but now I love it, and wouldn't go back!
  12. This is going to be my future pet project. Sky at night magazine had some plans for the box a while ago. going to use that. Good job.
  13. IWonders of the solar system was very good in my book I didn't think the universe one was as good. still enjoyable though.
