  1. Hi Spikey, my partners relations are in and around Tregarth in North Wales. The last time we stayed we had brilliant skies and I spent hours sat outside with my binoculars (bought for birding) and it convinced me that I need to bite the bullet and get involved. regards David
  2. Hello Stargazers, been watching, reading , learning for a while from your excellent forum. Have finally purchased a NexStar SE6 and saw the moon for the first time through it last night... didnt even set it up as was blow away by the first sight !! I am a mature astronomical student, living in SE London so plenty of light pollution, but frequesnt trips to North Wales beckon, and will no doubt be posting lots of questions as I seek advice.
