8" Dob. Compact camera held up to the eypiece.

Hi mate, a question for you. what eye peace did you use, as l tried the very same thing using my galaxy s phone camera and saw nothing. I was using a 32mm eye peace. or is it best in your opinion to us a normal camera rather than a mob phone camera?

I will be buying a web cam soonish :)

This gives a wide eyepiece to not only view , but hold up a digi camera to.

I used an old Sony Cybershot (7.2 mp) and turned down the brightness feature. The lens of this is quite large and lines up well with the eyepiece.
