Winter Milky Way7

Hawksmoor

Last night was like the Hokey-Cokey, I got my big scope out , rain, in -out and eventually I gave up on Mars. Then it morphed into a beautiful clear night with intermittent cloud. I captured a number of 30 sec lights at ISO 1600 with my astro-modded 200d DSLR and Sigma EX zoom lens at f=11mm. Camera mounted on a Star Adventurer. Images stacked and processed using Affinity Photo 2 which Mrs H purchased for my Birthday. Very pleased with it and much more stable than the original Affinity Photo software which I have been using for about a year.
