I like the gentle colours, shame about the plane. I'me sure there's a way of editing it out or maybe try re-stacking without that frame.

I could redo and drop the sub with the track in it but at only 10 subs it would lose I think, anyway the angle of the track doesn't to me actually detract to much, it adds to the dynamism of our skies, it could also be used to help ban aircraft at night 😉

This is my first attempt on the new driven mount up until this mount I have only ever been able to static on either a tripod and camera lens or the EQ5 mount max about 1/4-1/2's

One other thing i notice from many M42 images is how blown out the centre is, I will get better at this. I also did a few star clusters Xmas Tree and the Beehive, I will post later nothing great but colourful stars.

Its a very good start and hopefully with better weather you'll get a lot more subs and create some great images.
