Jupiter, Io & Ganymede - 24 Feb 2017

MarsG76

This picture of Jupiter was imaged on one of the clearest nights I've ever had using a NexStar 8SE and a Skyris 618C. The night was so clear that even the view through the eyepiece revealed details in the atmosphere and the GRS like I've never seen before.

After imaging Jupiter, I stacked and processed the Planet and the moons separately concentrating individually on the detail in each object.
