Hawksmoor

Early hours of the 1st May 2016. 127mm. Meade Apo with 0.8 field lattener and reducer - Canon 600d DSLR guided with QHY5 11. stacked 6x5 min exp at ISO800. Border of Coma Berenices and Virgo.  A group of galaxies at the top of the Markarian Chain. The brighter ones from the top of the image down : NGC 4474, 4459, 4477, 4479 and 4473. Was going to image chain down into Virgo but ran out of time/darkness as the birds began to tweet at about 4.30am.  Didn't remove the meteor or space debris in right hand corner of the image as everything else was so very far away ( about 55 million light years for most of the galaxies).
