Image of M42 taken from Wimbledon Back Garden.

Equipement: Celestron 6SE, 0.63 Focal reducer, Canon 1100d (no astro mod) 38 x 24s ISO 800.

Image stacked in DSS with 5 flat frames (obtained using laptop). 25 x 24s darks.

Image processing in Mathematica to obtain the required colour pallet. Final tweaks in Photoshope CS2.
