Any Idea's to what this might be please.

This was taken a while ago, around midnight, whilst at the Gibbit Elsdon,Northumberland. It was taken with a standard camera and no scope, It has always baffled me, Something was caught on camera that night in perfect black skys. I was on a ghost hunt with a few friends at the time, wishing I had my telescope with me when I seen this image on the camera. To this day I don't have a clue what it could be, What do you guy's think? I know its not a star, but you must admit it's a strange one.
