Enjoying my Sky-Watcher Heritage 100p

So I've recently purchased this little gem. It is so good! Surprisingly showing me Venus and Mars in great detail.

The scope boasts a 4" aperture with a 400mm focal length(quite short tbh) but gets the job done with messier objects.

it has this beautiful red finish which I shouldn't include as a feature but it sure does look gorgeous. Unfortunately it has only seen the sky once

due to the bad weather here :clouds1::clouds2: but the views were worth it.

Almost went for this little one two years back, and got its bigger brother the 130P Flexitube. Skywatcher knows how to make great little grab and go scopes!

Recently bought the same, have added a meade super plossl 15mm eyepiece and a revelation astro 2.5x barlow as an upgrade, the meade eyepiece has made a difference, thinking of upgrading the 10mm supplied but not sure about the 25mm, budget is tight so the meades are even a stretch at the moment, just enjoying getting to know my portable scope!

I'm a big fan of these. I sometimes take mine off the mount and observe with it tucked under my arm. Lovely on the wide fields!??

I use Televue Plossls on in mine. Not cheap, good fun.
