Another year of fantastic images on this board and we'd love you to show off some of your favourites here.

Same as last year's thread, everyone is welcome to post from the novice to the advanced and if possible, a comment about what kit you used would be good too.

One post per member and up to 5 images and please don't comment about others' images as this is desinged to be a showcase packed with great images.

At the start of 2010 I decided I wanted to do some wide field DSLR imaging. Have gradually kitted myself out - Canon 1000D, appropriate lenses inc. some ebay M42s and an astrotrac. It's been very hit and miss and I have trouble tearing myself away from by obsy when it's clear but hope to do much more in 2011

1st year playing in the stars and I have three images I quite like

Penmon Point Light house - 2016 images over 6 hours on a Canon 5D MkII and 24mm f1.4L MkII lens

The ISS over Cemaes Bay on Anglesey, Canon 5D MkII and Samyang 8mm fisheye lens

I had to have a go at Orion with a 50mm lens, I think this is probably one of my favourite images.
