I was wanting to post these pdf files in the Tal User Group, but it doesn't have that option. So I'll link this thread in there.

Might be of interest to some. The writing style can be fun ;-)

Andy - the new manuals with the TAL 100RS are a lot better. Stilla bit vague in places but yards better than the old ones.

I'll blow the dust off my scanner and get one scanned up.

I scannmed the TAL 100RS manual but unfortunately its too big for the forum. I scanned it as a PDF compact at lower res but it still wont fit so I am a bit stuck.

PM me with an email and I can send it to you if you want to see it.

The manual for the Tal 150K has an error on page 12. The description of the optical train. The text refers to the corrector being made up of lenses 2 and 3, the diagram, fig 6, labels the lenses 4 and 5. The 200K version has it correct.

Fascinating reading, I'd certainly like one of these in the future!

Remember the newer, better written and illustrated are available on the npz website in pdf.
