Star chart orientation

I hope you knowledgeable folk in forumland can answer a newbies question and I apologise if it one of those that is answered regularly (I have searched in vain for an answer). The Daily Telegraph Star Chart shows an image of the night sky with North and South at the top and bottom where they ought to be but West is shown on the right-hand side and East on the left. Can someone explain this reversal for me please?

If you hold it above your head and look at it they will be in the right place
