Although the conditions of seeing (2.5 / 5) were not ideal for this type of capture, I believe the ASI 224 Chinese are bringing it. To easily understand the albedo spots on the planet and one of the distinctly lighter poles. Although still not a great catch is the first time I register tonal variations on the planet.

For a C14 ashore, always messing with seeing I think is quite impossible to catch any nuance ring on Uranus colleague MarsG76

Will Uranus be detectable with a dob 250px ?

I had good views of Uranus and fairly good views of Neptune a few weeks ago with my 250 f4.8 Newtonian. Good the seeing, good collimation and a cooled down scope are important though.

Top job! I've never got close to Uranus and yet you can actually see some surface detail on your image. Great great stuff!
