Sky whale? odd image

just going through my flame neb subs from lastnight and found this, its not in the ones each side ,the sub is 20sec iso 6400. it looks like a whale to me, any ideas thanks for looking   charl.

thanks guys, cant figger it out, dont think its a satellite or metor or aeroplane, could it be because i had my iso so high and caused a glitch? but i allways do 6400 when sighting and never had a problem.. clear skys  charl.

Hi

I was looking at this again and wondered if you thought or imaging the section of sky again to see what you get. Don't think its a satellite/plane and definitely not a meteorite. It certainly looks Nebulous/Galaxy'ish though... Be interesting to see if its still there or not.

Maybe it is the very start or end of an iridium flare? You could check if ere were any at the time of your image.

i stayed up till 230am lastnight to try to image the same area but just as it came into view clouds rolled in, "sods law" and the forcast dont look any better over the weekend.heres the full image  straight outa camera the right way up, due south east 3am ish   clear skys please,   charl.

have a look at this widefield image I found, try line up the area that you shot from an I cant find nothing there mate very odd is this !! mite need to rotate around to get the right orientation
