Which eyepieces

I have a 10" f4.8 Newtonian scope and have read that some types of eyepieces are better for this speed of scope. Could anyone tell me what type and make of eyepieces I should be thinking about. I have a Celestron Omni 40mm, A Revelation Astro 32mm and 20mm. I am very happy with these for now but I specifically need some high power EPs. I am looking to spend £150 max on each

My thoughts would turn to the Vixen SLV eyepieces which cost around £109 each. Although they have standard 50 degree field of view their eye relief is a comfortable 20mm even with the shorter focal lengths and their optical quality is really 1st class - as good as the much more expensive Pentax XW's or more specialised designs such as orthoscopics.

I did a review for the forum on the Vixen SLV 6mm, 12mm and 20mm focal lengths a little while back:

It's even better than that, since the SLV price dropped when the new and expensive SSW eyepieces turned up. They can be had brand new for between £85-99 depending where you buy.

I agree with John that the performance is great. I keep finding myself drifting from my SW Nirvanas and ES82s to the SLVs as the night wears on with my f5 newtonian. It all depends on whether you're happy with a narrow field... I apparently am ;)

If not, the ES82s are nice too, and f4.8 isn't too fast?
