Query bright light tonight

Hello all

Getting ready for my first decent session this Autumn. As I was setting up I glanced up north of Pegasus and spotted an extremely bright point light at 8:09. It was either stationary or very slow moving. My first thought was a flare, but it didn't appear to move. Lasted a few seconds from when I first spotted it. Anybody else spot this? Intrigued. I saw the ISS a little afterwards I'm guessing so I'm really puzzled. There were some clouds which didn't help I suppose. Any ideas?
