I will be buying a Autofocuser for my Moonlite CR2 very soon, is there any software worth using that's firstly free, or worth paying money for, i use EQMod, Atik 414EX Mono CCD........

As long as you get a focuser that has an Ascom driver, almost all the usual suspects will drive it....

I will second sgp. Astrophotography tools is cheaper and also will do auto focus on the user command. It can't do auto focus through out the sequence like sgp yet but I believe it is in works. Both also have plates solving which I can't imagine imaging withiut
