M42 orion neb

M42 orion neb. woke at 4.45am got a qwick snap before the sun rose, 5x10sec staxed, didnt have time to sort tracking because it was slipping out of view of my obsy window so could only get 10 sec subs and out of 24 5 where only useable.  taken with ed80 and sony alpha iso 800, staxed with Regi.  thanks for looking clear skys  charl.

thanks guys for your kind comments,  Freddie, your right mate but with moon and firstlight of dawn the subs were very light, i got as close as i could without have red blotches allover it . clear skys charl.

Good effort, its still pretty low at the mo.

Saw it myself this morning.. 04:30 unfortunately dense mist had thwarted play all night long and by the time this popped up I was shattered. Was back up at 8am to continue my obs build.

Looking forward to winter now!
