A Kelling Heath Smorgasbord

Just got back from a few lovely days at Kelling Heath Star Party. Ridiculously lucky with the weather, even though there were clouds blowing around the place.

Took a lot of images. Here are little versions of the ones processed so far. I have a couple of Lum only images as well, which I'll post in the thread later once they get the processing treatment.

2 imaging rigs:

  1. Canon 450d with a 50mm lens on a Star Adventurer
  2. Skywatcher ED80, HEQ5 and Atik 414ex. Mostly RGB images.

Hi Matt,

I'm glad you got lots of clear skies. Love your shots, especially the Pleiades/Hyades shot - you don't often see the Pleiades that tiny and it gives a good sensse of how wide the shot is. The Owl cluster is great too, nicely captures the 'experience' of this cluster visually. :)
