Still very quite at the moment, but a nice sharp disc.

Even when quiet like this Sol still looks lovely, thanks for the dose, David, a fine job you are doing there of squeezing out some rays this week

Weekend forecast has improved a bit here from pants to fairly pants, but I think they just make it up as they go along so I'll look out the window, check the satelltite, and roll my weather dice if in doubt.

Nice full disk. Good granulation and at least there are a few spots visible

Quieter than I've seen it for some time.

The clouds have been in charge here for weeks   August was one of the most miserable months we've had for ages.  We didn't eat outside once during the entire month and normally we'd be out there at any available opportunity.
