Venus at Dawn

Recommended Posts

(not sure which section to post in)

6.40 am looking due East from the front door, I thought that this was an approaching aircraft and I was more watching the clouds. However it didn't approach and then I realized that I was looking at Venus.

Single shots, hand held, at ISO1600, 1/8s, f4, 70mm (700D 70-200 f4 L)

Thanks for looking.

Rich

Alan

Yup that does help.;)

At what time?????? you mean that there are two 6:40's in a day.   (But not in France  )

Nice capture

I find that Dawn is generally one of the best times for capturing sunrises.

I'll leave a tripod outside tonight as my arms are not great at these slow speeds.

Thanks for the kind words folks, I'll see if I can do better.
