Hello all from Somerset.

Been lurking for a while, and interested in astronomy for many years.

Finally dusted off the old telescope last night, after a request from my youngest daughter for a look at the Moon. All three of my kids enjoyed views of the Moon and Saturn, producing many oohs and ahhs between them. As my youngest daughter walked off, after viewing Saturn's rings for the nth time she declared that "Astronomy is awesome"

Now looking forward to showing them Jupiter in the near future. Can't wait to see it again myself actually
