If you have Registar, aligning any image from any camera and any telescope to any other image is a couple of clicks away from being done. It's been called a one trick pony but it's a darned good trick! https://aurigaimaging.com/

I have some OIII on file but it was sent to me by another member when we decided to collaborate so I can't pass it on, I'm afraid. If it were mine I'd gladly give it to you. OIII really does transform the Crescent, pulling in an outer shell which looks like celestial cling film.

Sounds like a great idea to me Chris, anyone got registar? What about a load of Ha O3 and S2 data :) :) :)

I think Olly did the last one (needs someone who knows how to do this sort of thing!) - I do have Ha and OIII - but no SII (I think)

Registar.....expensive, rarely updated (something like once in the last 5 years) and has no real bells and whistles. But, boy, is it good at what it does!  It's freat for mixing and matching binned and unbinned data, or data taken with different scopes and cameras.

Thanks Olly...I need to re-do the stars with some decent RGB data. They are a bit cyan for my liking.

Copy layer underneath, adjust the cyans in Selective Colour till they agree with the astrophysics or your preference, top layer acitve, small eraser over the top layer stars?
